6-Month Freshness Guarantee
If your olive oil arrives damaged, compromised, or does not meet expectations when first opened, we will offer a replacement or refund when you contact us within 6 months of delivery.
This guarantee applies to the first opening of the product and is designed to ensure quality, freshness, and safe delivery.
To request assistance, please email Hello@SeloOils.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us resolve the matter quickly.
Refunds
Refunds are not routinely issued, but may be considered under the following circumstances:

If your product arrives damaged or compromised, we will replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible and include photographic evidence. -
Quality Issue Upon First Opening
If the oil does not meet expectations when first opened, contact us within 6 months of delivery and we will make it right. -
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it promptly. -
Medical or Regulatory Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in documented medical situations or where required by law.
In most cases, replacement is preferred over refund to ensure you receive the product as intended.
