We use our olive oil every day, from frying and baking to seasoning our steak and soup. Yes, we even put it in our coffee, and drizzle it over ice cream.
It's just that good.
But our olive oil is more than just for cooking - it's nourishment for the soul, and it brings our family together. We hope it does the same for yours.
Our region's unique Oblica varietal, preserved from the time of Roman Dalmatia, is hand-picked and cold pressed in November at the annual village harvest, in our little selo near Zadar.

Why Croatian olive oil?
Olive oil from Zadar, Croatia, is known for its exceptional quality and flavor, thanks to the ideal combination of soil, climate, and traditional knowledge that the olive groves in this region benefit from. Made from the indigenous Oblica olive variety the high quality, extra virgin olive oil is hand-picked and cold pressed, resulting in a delicious oil rich in antioxidants and healthy fats. Its fruity, peppery taste makes it ideal for salads, grilled meats, and seafood dishes. Olives have been cultivated in Croatia for over 3,500 years, and are a healthy and environmentally sustainable choice due to their abundance and low water requirements.

A very fine Croatian extra virgin olive oil from the Dalmatian coast, with fresh aroma and taste, rich in texture and healthy antioxidants.
Produced by the Erlić family, who for three generations have been carefully tending the millennia-old ‘Oblica’ variety olive trees in the family grove.
Our extra virgin olive oil is harvested and first cold-pressed in Croatia at very low temperatures using the gentlest methods, which results in an unusually high level of polyphenol antioxidants.

Superfats!
Fats used to get a bad rap, but now we know that they’re anything but bad. In fact, the healthy fats in Selo are good for the brain, heart, skin and metabolism.

Vitamins
Just 100g of olive oil contains 14mg of vitamin E and 62mcg of vitamin K which means about 7 tbsp. of olive oil provides 93 percent of the daily recommended allowance, or RDA, of vitamin E and 59 percent of the RDA for vitamin K.

Antioxidants
Olive oil is comprised with polyphenols rich in antioxidants. These beneficial compounds protect against cellular damage, reducing risk of chronic diseases. Olive oil provides a tasty source of these essential nutrients.
