Shipment Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and submitted for fulfillment within 2–10 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM local time are considered received on the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
As a small-batch olive oil company working with seasonal inventory and third-party fulfillment partners, processing and shipment timelines may vary depending on inventory availability, harvest timing, warehouse throughput, and order volume.
Recurring subscription customers and long-term members may receive fulfillment priority during limited inventory periods or stock shortages.
While many orders ship quickly, some orders may require extended fulfillment windows. In the event of inventory shortages or harvest-related delays, delivery may take up to 90 days from the order date.
Customers may request a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
We reserve the right to delay, split, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Transit timelines begin only after an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Expedited and overnight shipping options are available only for eligible delivery addresses within the continental United States and apply to business days only.
Carrier delays, weather disruptions, operational interruptions, or high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery timelines.
Inventory Availability
Our olive oil is produced in limited harvest quantities and availability may change without notice.
Products may temporarily sell out after an order is placed due to simultaneous demand across sales channels, subscription allocations, inventory reconciliation, or seasonal harvest limitations.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, your order may remain open until inventory becomes available again unless a refund is requested.
Holiday & Christmas Deliveries
During holidays, harvest releases, and promotional periods, processing and transit times may be longer than usual.
While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly during the holiday season, delivery dates are not guaranteed, including delivery before Christmas or other holidays.
Orders delayed by carriers, weather events, or fulfillment backlogs are not eligible for refunds based solely on holiday arrival timing once shipped.
Tracking & Delays
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
After a package has been transferred to the carrier, transit delays, routing issues, missed scans, or delivery exceptions are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
