Burrata Grape Tomato Salad
Selo Olive Oil
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
1 cup arugula
1 ball of burrata cheese
Selo extra virgin olive oil
A few sprigs of basil
Salt and pepper
Slice grape tomatoes in quarters and toss in Selo extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and basil.
Lay over a bed of arugula and drizzle with leftover oil mixture.
Top with a ball of burrata and drizzle with more Selo extra virgin olive oil and basil.
