Thank you thank you thank you. I have so many problems with oils and quality consistency. I honestly think it’s due to food fraud in the US. I would get randomly sick from oils I cooked with until I cut all oils/butter out of my diet. Then my husband found Selo and convinced me to give it a try.

I have tried dozens of olive oils in my 72 years. I have traveled all over the world including Italy, of course. This is, without a doubt, the most vile olive oil I have ever tasted. In fact, I have to say that it is the worst-tasting food item I have ever had.
