Produced by the Erlić family, who for three generations have been carefully tending the millennia-old ‘Oblica’ variety olive trees in the family grove.
Our extra virgin olive oil is crafted in Croatia through a meticulous process of harvesting and cold-pressing using gentle methods at low temperatures. This results in an elevated level of polyphenol antioxidants that sets it apart from others.
