Ingredients

500g minced meat (or ground beef/pork)

Croatian extra virgin olive oil
-
Garlic (diced)
-
Parsley
-
Garlic powder
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 sweet potato (cut in crisps as a side)

Iceberg lettuce
-
Cherry tomatoes
-
Cucumber (or pickles)
-
Avocado
-
1 wedge feta cheese (crumbled)
Directions
Shape minced meat into a ball using a small bowl
Mix in diced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper with a fork
Turn over the bowl and force out the meatball
Lather in olive oil
Cook meatball at 400°F (200°C) for up to 30 minutes
In a bowl, start layering your salad, starting with your iceberg lettuce. Add onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, and feta in whatever quantities you desire.
Top with olive oil, salt and pepper
